Shaping Sundog

Managing a kennel is about a lot more than producing puppies or even the dogs we love and keep in our own homes. It is creating and nurturing a family that will hopefully grow and branch out past where you alone could reach. This section of the site is all about how Sundog operates, the highs and lows, the fun adventures and sick days, the brags and the heartbreak. Here you can find out who we are, what we do, and if maybe you would be at home with us. . . and if you are it will give you insight into what comes next.

So much goes into raising a well adjusted and enriched puppy. Check out how we do it. It is ok if you are just curious, another breeder, or are considering welcoming a Sundog into your family. There is valuable info for everyone here.

Going Home & Beyond

Many think that once we raise the puppies and send them off to their families it is the end for us as breeders, but especially with Sundog that is far from the truth. Any puppy or dog that passes through our home is forever family. It doesn’t matter how they found there way to us they are always a Sundog and we offer continued support, encouragement, and reassurance where we can to our dogs and their families.
